About Taager

Taager is on a mission to democratize e-commerce by empowering entrepreneurs to start, run, and scale their businesses with zero inventory risk. We are building the infrastructure for social commerce, connecting manufacturers with a new generation of merchants. We believe in data-driven logistics, operational excellence, and putting our merchants first.

Role Summary:

You will be responsible for the end-to-end employee experience for our agents and warehouse staff, ensuring that our high-volume environment runs smoothly, legally, and ethically. This is a high-impact role that bridges the gap between strategic HR compliance and boots-on-the-ground operational excellence. You will manage the delicate balance of labor law adherence, vendor accountability, and culture-building, ensuring that every worker—whether direct-hire or outsourced—feels part of the "one team" mission.

What will you do:

  • Operational Lifecycle Management: Own the full employee journey from seamless onboarding to structured offboarding, ensuring all site practices strictly adhere to Egyptian Labor Law and internal policies.

  • Performance & Discipline: Partner directly with Shift Leads and Floor Managers to oversee attendance, KPI tracking, and disciplinary actions with total consistency and fairness.

  • Vendor & SLA Accountability: Act as the primary gatekeeper for outsourcing agencies. You will hold partners to strict SLAs, manage business escalations (such as mass absenteeism), and lead business reviews to optimize labor supply and quality.

  • Conflict Resolution & Culture: Serve as the first point of contact for frontline grievances. You will mediate disputes between internal supervisors and outsourced personnel, fostering an "open-door" culture that prioritizes transparency and unity.

  • Strategic Mediation: Conduct thorough investigations into misconduct or performance gaps, transforming escalations into actionable improvements for the site.

Required Experience

  • Experience: 5:7 of years of experience in an HR or Personnel management role, with significant experience supporting high-volume, performance-driven teams like sales or operations.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Adminstration, Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
    • Strong knowledge and proven practice of Egyptian labor law.
    • Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills.
    • Proven ability to manage recruitment cycles efficiently.
