Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain dashboards and trackers for pricing, promotions, product performance, and revenue planning
  • Monitor execution of commercial plans and flag performance gaps
  • Analyze performance of product launches, marketing campaigns, and pricing initiatives
  • Support monthly and quarterly revenue planning cycles
  • Improve forecasting accuracy by aligning planned vs. actual performance
  • Collaborate with Category Management, Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams
  • Support business case development for new initiatives and partnerships
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and tools

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in performance analysis, commercial analysis, or business analytics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is a plus
  • Understanding of commercial KPIs and forecasting
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • High attention to detail
