About the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Media Buyer with deep expertise in the Gulf market, eCommerce, and drop shipping to lead our digital advertising operations. This role is ideal for highly analytical professionals who can manage campaigns end-to-end, drive profitability, and mentor a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Media Buying & Campaign Execution
- Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Twitter, and programmatic platforms.
- Continuously analyze performance data to optimize ROI and reduce acquisition costs.
- Execute test campaigns for new products to validate potential before scaling.
2. Clearance Marketing & Dead Stock Resale
- Create and implement conversion-focused campaigns to resell dead stock.
- Identify untapped audience segments to drive clearance sales.
- Collaborate with creatives on compelling messaging and visuals for offers.
3. Mentorship & Team Leadership
- Provide strategic guidance and feedback to junior media buyers.
- Review campaigns, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure best practices are followed.
- Candidates with a pre-established media buying team are highly preferred.
4. Budget Management & Profit Optimization
- Strategically allocate and manage advertising budgets to maximize profitability.
- Monitor performance, adjust bids, and use data to drive smarter spending.
- Earn a profit share of 50% in USD, based on campaign outcomes.
5. Market Research & Audience Insights
- Conduct ongoing research on Gulf market trends and consumer behavior.
- Apply data insights to improve targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies.
6. Reporting & Strategic Analysis
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with key KPIs and insights.
- Recommend actionable strategies to scale high-performing campaigns.
Experience & Background
- +3 years of hands-on experience in digital media buying.
- optimize landing pages on Easy Orders, Light Funnel, YouCan, and WooCommerce.
- Creative : Ability to create ad creatives.
- Proven success in Gulf region markets (Iraq, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar).
- Strong experience in eCommerce and dropshipping campaigns.
- Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven approach to optimization.
- Deep platform knowledge: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and third-party tracking systems.
- Proficient in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior team leadership or currently managing a small media buying team.
- Experience with clearance marketing for slow-moving or dead stock.
- Strong understanding of Gulf consumer behavior and ad performance nuances.
