Taager is the first B2B startup focused on social sellers- Merchants. We are democratizing the social e-commerce space by enabling budding as well as seasoned entrepreneurs to sell online with no required capital, inventory, or operational experience. We have our Merchants covered from merchandising, warehousing, shipping, cash collection and customer service.

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Validation Specialist to ensure the accuracy of order and operational data throughout the fulfillment process. You will validate orders, monitor deliveries and returns, identify discrepancies, and coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to maintain high data quality and operational efficiency.

What will you do:

  • Validate order details including products, quantities, customer information, delivery addresses, and pricing to ensure accuracy before processing.
  • Review and verify order data against system records and operational reports.
  • Coordinate closely with third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure data consistency and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Monitor delivery performance, returns, cancellations, and payment records, identifying and escalating any issues promptly.
  • Conduct daily audits of operational data to maintain high levels of accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and update validation reports, trackers, and dashboards as required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain to resolve order-related issues.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and recommending solutions to enhance data quality and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, operational standards, and service-level agreements (SLAs).

What will make you successful:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in data.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, filtering, sorting, and data validation).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of accuracy, accountability, and organizational skills.
  • Previous internship or experience in operations, logistics, data entry, or validation is a plus.
