About the Role

At Taager, we are looking for a strategic and hands-on Supply Chain Senior Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations across multiple markets. This role will be responsible for driving product availability, inventory health, supplier performance, fulfillment efficiency, and last-mile excellence to support Taager's rapid growth and merchant success.

The ideal candidate will own the complete supply chain lifecycle, from sourcing and procurement to inventory planning, warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics operations, ensuring scalability, profitability, and an exceptional customer experience.

What You Will Do

Supply Chain Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute Taager's supply chain strategy in alignment with business growth objectives.
  • Lead and develop Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, and Logistics teams.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs across procurement, inventory, warehousing, fulfillment, and last-mile operations.
  • Drive operational excellence initiatives to improve efficiency, service levels, and profitability.

Demand Planning & Inventory Management

  • Lead demand forecasting and inventory planning processes in collaboration with Commercial, Marketplace, and Merchant Growth teams.
  • Ensure optimal stock levels across all categories while minimizing stockouts, excess inventory, and dead stock.
  • Develop inventory strategies that support sales growth and working capital efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory health, turnover, aging stock, and forecast accuracy.

Procurement & Supplier Management

  • Own supplier sourcing, onboarding, negotiations, and relationship management across local and international markets.
  • Identify and secure high-potential products and suppliers that support Taager's growth strategy.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, payment terms, and service-level expectations.
  • Continuously evaluate supplier performance and drive improvement initiatives.

Fulfillment, Warehousing & Logistics

  • Oversee warehouse operations and inventory accuracy across fulfillment centers.
  • Lead relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and courier partners.
  • Monitor fulfillment performance, delivery success rates, return rates, and logistics costs.
  • Ensure operational readiness during peak seasons, campaigns, and product launches.

Performance Management & Process Optimization

  • Analyze supply chain performance and identify opportunities to improve service levels and reduce costs.
  • Build reporting frameworks and dashboards to monitor operational performance.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to automate processes and improve scalability.
  • Partner closely with Commercial, Finance, Product, and Operations teams to support strategic initiatives.

What Will Make You Successful

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Logistics, or Operations.
  • 3+ years of experience leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong experience in e-commerce, marketplace, retail, FMCG, or high-growth startup environments.
  • Proven expertise in demand forecasting, procurement, inventory management, fulfillment, and logistics operations.
  • Strong supplier negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI, SQL, or other analytical tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing supply chain operations across multiple countries.
  • Experience working with suppliers in other regional markets.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce fulfillment and last-mile delivery operations.
