About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven and business-oriented Business Performance Analyst to support decision-making across the organization by transforming data into actionable insights. The role will be responsible for monitoring business performance, maintaining dashboards and reports, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting leadership with recommendations that improve revenue, profitability, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.

What You Will Do

  • Monitor and analyze key business KPIs including GMV, Revenue, Orders, Profitability, Conversion Rate, Customer Retention, and Operational Performance.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Track business performance against targets and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews with accurate reporting and insights.
  • Analyze category, merchant, customer, and operational performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of commercial initiatives, campaigns, and operational improvement projects.
  • Prepare presentations and performance updates for leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Product, and Marketing teams to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Improve reporting processes and enhance business visibility through automation and standardization where possible.

What Will Make You Successful

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Commercial Analysis, Performance Management, Reporting, or a related role.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookups, and data analysis techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence and visualization tools.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Workspace tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, retail, technology, or startup environments is a plus.
