Job Brief:
As an HR Intern you will play a key role in revamping our internal communication channels, updating policies and procedures across departments, and curating content for the Intranet to ensure clarity, accessibility, and visual appeal.

Job Specification:

  • Curate, edit, and publish engaging content for the company intranet, ensuring all pages reflect updated and accurate information.
  • Collaborate with various departments to review, standardize, and update their policies, procedures, and templates in a clear, employee-friendly format.
  • Redesign and structure the internal communication page to improve navigation, design aesthetics, and employee engagement.
  • Design infographics, creative visuals, and layouts to simplify complex policies or updates using design tools.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and department leads to gather inputs, identify content gaps, and suggest creative ideas for improved knowledge sharing.
  • Support the rollout of the new internal communication framework, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand tone and company values.

Job Specification:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design, layout, and user experience.
  • Familiarity with content management systems or intranet platforms (an added advantage).
  • Proficient in basic design or visualization tools like Canva, PowerPoint, or Figma.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work independently while coordinating with multiple teams.
  • Enthusiastic about storytelling, branding, and improving employee experience through communication.
