Head of Growth and Performance

Location: Dubai (On-site)

Mission:

Own end-to-end growth performance — from acquisition to conversion to retention — optimizing CAC, activation, and LTV as we scale the HaaS fleet.

Scope:

• Own paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok
• Drive funnel conversion (landing pages, checkout, approval flows)
• Partner with product & CX on activation and retention loops
• Lead experimentation across the full funnel
• Own core growth KPIs (CAC, CVR, payback, retention)

Profile:

• Hands-on growth operator with strong paid acquisition experience
• Background in DTC / subscription / high-growth startups
• Experience managing meaningful budgets
• Comfortable working cross-functionally (product, CX, ops, social media)
