About the Role

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our operations team in Dubai. You'll handle the installation, servicing, and troubleshooting of Wisewell's smart water devices — from routine filter changes to diagnosing and fixing technical faults — ensuring every customer gets a seamless, high-performing product. This is a great fit for someone mechanically inclined, organized, and comfortable working both independently in the field and closely with our support team.

Responsibilities

• On-site diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs
• Installation support, including plumbing
• Workshop testing and troubleshooting
• Maintaining high standards across tools, stock, and workspace
• Contributing insights to improve product performance

Qualifications

• UAE driving license
• 1–2 years of technical or appliance maintenance experience in the UAE
• Strong plumbing capability
• Clear communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
