ABOUT THE ROLE

Wisewell is looking for a highly organized Marketing Coordinator to be the operational engine of our marketing team. You will own the day-to-day marketing calendar, keep campaigns and activations running on schedule, help bring our events and brand experiences to life on the ground, and run social scheduling and first-response community across both the UAE and US markets. It is a role for someone who thrives on structure, moves fast, and is genuinely plugged into culture and social across both markets.

As an Emirati on the team, your local fluency is part of the job, not a nice-to-have: an authentic Arabic community voice, and a feel for the venues, creators, and partners that make activations land in this market.

Wisewell makes intelligent, design-led water systems that turn tap water into pure, remineralized, nanoplastic-free water, tracked by an app and built on a real UAE sustainability and give-back story. You will help build a category brand across the UAE and the US at an early, fast-moving stage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Calendar and operations

• Own the day-to-day marketing calendar across the UAE and US: deadlines, dependencies, and keeping the team on schedule
• Traffic briefs and assets through the approval workflow, keeping everything moving
• Run weekly-meeting logistics and reporting support, and chase actions to done

Activations and events

• Support Wisewell activations and brand experiences end to end alongside the Events & Brand Experience Manager: pre-event prep, supplier and venue coordination, inventory, and gifting
• Help run on-site experiences (tasting stations, refill and hydration moments, seeding and demo setups), making sure every touchpoint looks and runs to brand standard
• Coordinate on-site content capture (reactions, pours, b-roll) and hand off cleanly to the content team
• Own post-event follow-up admin: opt-in and lead lists, seeding-placement tracking, thank-yous, and recap inputs, captured fast while the moment is fresh

Social and community

• Schedule and publish social content across platforms for both markets
• First-response community management in English and Arabic, in a voice that feels authentically Wisewell
• UGC and review collection admin

Growth and culture

• KOL and influencer outreach and coordination
• Spot cultural, platform, and competitor trends in both markets and feed them into the calendar

WHAT YOU BRING

Must have

• UAE National (Emirati), eligible for Nafis support
• Bilingual English and Arabic, with a natural, culturally fluent Arabic voice for community
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, comfortable owning a calendar with many moving dependencies
• Genuinely active on social and tuned into UAE and US culture and trends
• Open to some flexibility for US time-zone overlap, since US community and launches run on a later clock

Nice to have

• Prior experience in marketing coordination, events, activations, or community management
• Familiarity with scheduling and project tools and basic reporting
• A local network across venues, creators, and partners that helps events come together quickly
